How does the 30-day free trial work?
You must sign-up for a paying plan with a valid credit card. If you cancel your plan within 30 days of signing up you will not be charged. If you choose to cancel in the future you will no longer be charged; however, you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds are not issued after your initial 30 day trial and we don't prorate for partial months.
How am I billed?
Your account is billed a monthly subscription or service fee for each user that you provision into the system. You are billed for the maximum daily users provisioned to the system in any given month. You may inactive or delete users freely as your business changes over time. You are billed for the current month and there is no proration for partial months.
Is this a long-term contract or commitment?
No, you are billed on a subscription or services basis. There are no long term contracts or commitments to sign. Your acceptance of the terms of service at login is your agreement to appropriately use the system and pay for the current months service.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We will accept a purchase order and invoice you if your account is greater than 100 users.
